Description
Charles and Ray Eames created the classic Lounge chair in 1956.
Their aim for the Lounge chair was to combine utmost comfort using only high-end materials and high-quality finishing.
This they decided would be with manufacturer Vitra. The chair conveys the impression of a well used baseball glove, inviting the user to sit back and relax. The Ottoman provides an extra level of comfort.
Vitra has proudly held the licence to produce the Lounge chair since 1957.
