The Glo Ball floor lamp provides a diffused light by use of a White Opal glass diffuser. The diffuser consists of an externally acid-etched, hand blown, flashed opaline glass and of a die-cast aluminum threaded ring nut with alodine plating finish. The thick steel stem and die-cast aluminium diffuser support of the Glo Ball floor light is finished in white or matt silver paint.
