Designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe for the King and Queen of Spain, the Knoll Barcelona chair is hand made from the buffing of the framework to the cutting and sewing together of the 126 individual leather panels that make up the cushions.

Each authentic Knoll 250 LC Barcelona chair has the Knoll Studio logo and signature of Mies van der Rohe stamped into the left hand rear leg.

The 250 LC Barcelona also has a unique production number for identification and authenticity.
