Delivery charges
We offer Free Delivery for mainland UK. There may be some exceptions for The Highlands. We will contact you in this instance with a delivery quotation to discuss further.
Certain bulky or heavy items will incur delivery charges. These will be listed on the individual product pages. These charges are to ensure you receive your furniture in perfect condition.

Delivery times are indicated on each on each product page. Please contact us should you have any specific requirements.
Dimensions
Please ensure you check the dimensions of the furniture to ensure it passes through any doorways, passageways, stairs and awkward corners. We may not be able to refund items that are manufactured to your unique specifications.
Bespoke orders
All bespoke orders will need to be cancelled within 7 days. Failure to do so will unfortunately incur a cancellation fee of 15%.
Upholstery Samples
We have a leather and fabric sampling service for our upholstered ranges. Please contact our sales team to order your free of charge samples on 01234 818 456 or via email, .
Refunds and returns
International refunds
Refunds for international orders will be processed at the daily exchange rate. There may therefore be a slight difference between the refund and original sale due to fluctuations in currency exchange.
Goods made to order
If you are unsure as to whether a product is included in this category, please either call 01234 818 456 or email us at .
Please note that we will not be able to refund or exchange these items after they are entered into production at their respective factories.
Please also check access to your property, stairways, lifts, passage ways and doors to ensure your item will fit.
Should an item be received damaged or defective then a replacement will be manufactured and a replacement will be delivered as soon as possible based on the following procedure:
Standard/Stock items - Damaged or Faulty

to arrange a replacement as per our terms below:
1. Claims can only be considered if reported within 3 days of receipt.
2. All claims by telephone must be followed by an email with a description and images of the fault or damage.
3. The cost of returning the product (s) is with the Customer. We can arrange collection on certain items. Please contact us for details.
5. Please ensure that all product (s) are repackaged for their return journey.

Cancellation by us
Pink Apple reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1. we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
2. we do not deliver to your area.
